I was on the Selection Panel this week  for the Annual Open at the Haworth Art Gallery. It took a day to go through the 400 + enties . Not easy! Its a difficult job to narrow down the submissions but I think we have a strong and varied exhibition. In having the opportunity to spend the day with the staff from the Haworth it gave me great insight into the hard work and dedication that the staff put into staging such an event as the Open.

The three of us chose about 160 pieces of work for the exhibition that starts on Friday 22nd with the pre view at 7 o’ clock.
