A grand day out

Fellow artist Kate Bentley and I had a wonderful day out painting at Coniston. A beautiful day but started off very cold. I thought I took a lot of painting gear out with me but with Kates we needed a van. The Autumn colours and the light was amazing, we were really lucky.
